AiLouvre Terms and Conditions of Service

AiLouvre is owned and operated by Alalonde Corporation Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AiLouvre platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
AiLouvre is an artificial intelligence-powered creative platform that allows users to generate, refine, and publish creative content.
- Personalized Augmented Collaborators (PACs): Users can create, customize, and interact with virtual "Authors, Characters, and Personas" (collectively, PACs) to aid in creative projects.
- Technology Stack: The Service utilizes a proprietary custom software stack that integrates various large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers, including but not limited to, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Mistral, and Grok.
3. Account and User Responsibilities
- Registration: Users must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
- Prohibited Content/Use: You shall not use the Service to generate, promote, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes adhering to the content policies of all integrated LLM providers.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. 🪙 Token-Based Payment System
4.1. Token Purchase and Purpose
- Tokens are the exclusive method for accessing certain features, resources, and computational power within AiLouvre.
- The purchase of tokens is a transaction for a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service's features and computational resources. Tokens do not constitute a currency, property, or stored value instrument.
- Purchases are processed through CCBill and are subject to their terms. We do not store your full financial details.
4.2. Token Value and Consumption
- Token Value: AiLouvre determines the rate at which tokens are consumed for different actions. These consumption rates are subject to change without prior notice, based on the cost of underlying resources, model type, and task complexity.
- Pricing Changes: AiLouvre reserves the right to change its token package pricing, bundle offerings, and token consumption rates at any time.
4.3. Refunds and Expiration
ALL TOKEN PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
- Except where explicitly required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- AiLouvre reserves the right to expire or forfeit unused tokens if your account is terminated, suspended, or inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
- If a token deduction occurs due to a verifiable technical error, the company will, at its sole discretion, restore the deducted tokens to your account.
4.4. Prohibited Token Activity
- Tokens may only be obtained from AiLouvre or its authorized payment channels. The sale, transfer, exchange, or trading of tokens between users or to external third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized token activity may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of all associated tokens.
5. 🌟 Intellectual Property Rights and PACs
5.1. User Content and Output Ownership
- Input: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you upload, enter, or provide as instructions to the Service ("Input").
- Output: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the resulting creative content generated by the Service based on your Input ("Output").
- Commercial Use: You have a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and commercially exploit the Output.
5.2. License to AiLouvre
You grant AiLouvre a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your Input and Output solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the Service, including training proprietary models, and troubleshooting technical issues.
5.3. 🛡️ PACs (Personalized Augmented Collaborators) and Proprietary Identity Architecture
You acknowledge and agree that the fundamental structure and mechanics of the PACs are the exclusive intellectual property of AiLouvre:
- Patent Status: AiLouvre has filed a provisional patent application with the USPTO (Application #63/938,256, filed 12/11/2025) for the "Computational Identity Architecture for Persistent, Adaptive, and Context-Aware Artificial Entities." This application establishes an official claim to the date of invention.
- Proprietary Architecture: AiLouvre retains all rights, title, and interest in its custom software stack, algorithms, and the underlying Computational Identity Architecture used to create, maintain, and evolve the PACs.
- PAC Identity: The inherent identity, foundational traits, and underlying computational rules of any pre-defined or user-generated PAC belong to AiLouvre. The Output generated by the PAC belongs to you (Section 5.1), but the PAC entity and its defining architecture belong to AiLouvre.
- Non-Transferable: You may not copy, reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to derive the underlying structure, identity logic, or canonical traits of any PAC outside of the Service.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. AiLouvre does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the Output.
- AI Output: You acknowledge that the Output is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Output before use or publication.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, AiLouvre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
8. Changes to Terms
AiLouvre reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
